“Land Yacht” Competition Held as Part of the “Engineering Classes” Pilot Project
A “Land Yacht” engineering competition was held as part of the “Engineering Classes” pilot project within the “Russian Teacher Abroad” International Humanitarian Project.
Students from classes 7A, 7Е, and 7Ж took part in the event. Using the materials provided, they built their own land yachts. The challenge was demanding but exciting: each vehicle had to travel as far as possible using wind power. An ordinary hair dryer served as the wind source.
The team whose land yacht travelled the greatest distance won the competition.
The students took part with enthusiasm and excitement, approaching the task responsibly. The event became a memorable highlight of the “Engineering Classes” pilot project within the “Russian Teacher Abroad” International Humanitarian Project.
The Centre for International Cooperation serves as the operator of the “Russian Teacher Abroad” International Humanitarian Project, with support from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
